How come when I call the clinic to make an appointment I get put on hold for 20 minutes, told the system is down, told to talk to a nurse to see if my need is relative to make an appointment for, told the next available appointment is in the next month but they can't make an appointment that far out and to call back in a week, I call back for said appointment and get one two weeks later, see the doc. for 10 mins. told to take some Motrin and feel better at home because I obviously didn't do that yet and I'm waisting his time?
And Charlie calls for an appointment for Jasmine's toe late in the afternoon, gets an appointment for 9:00 the very next morning, gets seen, decides to go ahead and cut the nail off right then and there in the office and gets her antibiotic right then along with a doctor's note to skip gym for the next 10 days.
What is up with that? I can't stand the double standards at the clinic here. They must have my name written under mental patients not to make an appointment for. I almost died last year with walking pneumonia and was finally seen 6 weeks later just to be told to go home and make some chicken soup. I mean really? I never call for an appointment unless I'm almost dead.
